WebSep 23, 2024 · When I connect trickle charger to the 12v socket, it charges up fine for about 15-20mins then system disconnects the 12v socket, charging of course stops, then charger shuts off. No such problem when connecting direct to battery terminals. Charger is fine. Using porsche recommended charger. Manual for car suggests this should work.
