Those are commands that klipper will be perfectly happy with. So you need to look at your gcode file, and see if the actual values have been correctly inserted or not. The only way I have found to change temps is to use the change temp at z level option in the menu or to find a ender 3/pro gcode file but even then I don't trust everything to be the same.
