The seller ended up using ChitChats. ChitChats claims it was picked up by Canada Post in Mississauga on April 27th. There is no tracking beyond that day. It shows Canada Post having it in their possession April 27th.

I've paid $10-$12 with them (compared to around $18 minimum with Canada Post). If i have more than 2 parcels to ship, it can save me $20+. But it's the looong wait....uggghhh.
